To be fair this was happening ten years ago too when Meek, Game, and people like that would get mad about their album not being promoted by the artist featured (Drake) on the album, or by fellow artists. I remember Future crying about Drake not promoting his shyt a long time ago too.
Your "friends" and the dudes you get features from aren't obligated to promote your shyt unless they got a contract agreement. Struggling artists always looking for an excuse or explanation for why they aren't popping.
