The kid is not going to get anywhere close to that, that's if he even serves time. But kid deserves some sort of punishment.

Have any of you been cased up before? Unless he has gang enhancements or something he ain't getting 25 years. My last case was 12 counts of prescription fraud each with a 5 year maximum sentence. I plead out to a year and a day instead of 60...... Y'all are acting like you don't know they just want to scare the defendants into taking a plea when they say numbers like that.
