He's not a GOAT-level guy but I've often found myself being a fan of his. The only times I didn't really care for him was during his initial Double J run in the WWF and then the early years of TNA when he was giving himself the HHH treatment.
I was a fan of him when he was in the USWA and liked him in WCW '97, through the WWF's Attitude years and into his "Chosen One" run in WCW. The last few years he was active in TNA, he seemed to loosen up a bit and stopped putting himself constantly in the main event and he became tolerable again. That MMA, Daddy Jeff, King of Mexico stuff was great.
Good worker, good promo... Never was the guy to carry a company, but definitely someone that could be used in the upper mid-card and sporadically used in the main event. I guess you could say he's a solid B+.
Definitely underrated & underappreciated though.
Jeff had the weirdest ass attire when he first started.
That's not when he started but I agree that was strange attire. He started that look when he first signed with the WWF.
