Listening to a Podcast interview when you are cleaning is the GOAT

I don't know what it is, but I can clean my place so much easier when a podcast interview is on. Especially the long drawn out 2 hour interviews. Puts me in the zone to clean clean clean


People say they play music while cleaning. IDK why, it doesn't work for me. It makes me too hype to focus

The type of interviews I listen to ( Ezra klein, lex fridman, armchair expert, etc.) usually get too interesting for me to focus during cleaning. Be having me have to go back 15 secs like "damn what he just say"

During a drive though im soaking in all the info.


For cleaning im throwing on some music, preferably hip hop or deep house

Half the time i listen to a new podcast it only takes a couple episodes till the hosts say some bullshyt i can't support. I listen to Star Talk a lot.

I have an Audible account for about $15 per month. I get a free credit each month and am able to download any book I want to listen to.
