Listening to Music on Home Stereo Systems Appreciation Thread

I remember back in the 90s, every house had some sort of sound system.

Now people listen to music with mediocre bluetooth speakers and their phones

These need to make a comeback, with a modern twist.

I have a little Bose system and I like it. I agree though, using a little blue tooth speaker isn't the same.

I also love using physical music

I remember I had these huge ass Cerwin Vega speakers, back in the day . Them joints was no joke.

I don't even have a system now. I'm just gonna get some Bluetooth studio monitors.

Get a soundbar or something. I wish I could remember the company but I listened to some podcast a while back and they had an ad for some speaker system that's not only surround sound, but dynamic depending on the position of your phone (ergo you) in the room. shyt is better than ever before

i wouldn't mind having a component today. one i had back in '05 was so thunderous the neighbors across the street used to send their son over to ask me to turn the music down
