i'd think you'd be less likely to get shot by the same cop who watched you grow up and knew your parents and hung around your neighborhood.. on the flip side, you'd also be a lot less likely to be out here doing dumb shyt, if a cop came through daily or weekly, with gifts and games and fun for the block
who knows what the rest of the force is doing. but i like seeing more cops get REAL time with our community. less time around us damn sure ain't gonna help.. more time beating our asses ain't gonna help... maybe some actual human interaction might work... maybe some of these kids will grow up and be cops, so they can police their own neighborhood
or maybe we just doomed
