20 years for a classic. I know people go back & forth between this & The Listening, but it’s always The Minstrel Show for me.
I got onto it a year or two after it initially dropped. It put me onto Elzhi & put Phonte in my top 10. His verse on Slow It Down is one of my favorites.
2005 was an incredible year, but this was one of the front runners for AOTY
when it first came out
