Nothing about what I just saw is good.

Knife not sharp enough or the steak was tough, cause he was SAWING THAT STEAK. With a sharp knife a single slice is enough. The salt throw was utter bullshyt and missed most of the steak.

Also if my steak is coming out of the kitchen perfectly cooked, WHY THE fukk ARE YOU TAKING A BLOWTORCH TO IT???
