This artist Ndeluv had a small pop back in the early 10’s. I don’t think he’s particularly talented but the moment he had was real and I’m certain a lot of people don’t know about him, but if you do I’d be willing to bet you’re 25-35 and are from or lived on the west in the early 10’s.
