There has always been thugs or psychopaths or mentally disturbed people who were always capable of such actionsThis isn't new . What disturbs me about this, is how people just stood and watched, you can be killed if you get hit just once in the wrong place, and then that child would have lost his mother. Secondly the scumbag threatened the child, It is truly disturbing what society has turned into, years ago they would have been pulled apart, the scumbag sat on ,until the police turned up. The child would have been looked after by several women while they waited for the police until the police took him I truly believe this bit at least is a modern phenomenon.

I blame it actually on modern technology which is making people less socially involved and concerned about their community, and also over reliance and sheep like behaviour in the face of authority. People just think it's the job of the police to deal, Iam not suggesting we need to go back to the wild west, that is the other extreme, but this isn't healthy for a society either. Can you trust the police these days to do the right thing? I don't think so.
