@CrimsonTider, you still think coaching doesn't matter?

What is Spo doing wrong and what is Pop doing right?

He's not a terrible coach...... Compared to D'Antoni
This is what happens when you have a C- level coach go up against someone who has been getting straight A+ since the 90s@CrimsonTider, you still think coaching doesn't matter?
If you knew anything about basketball you would have know that Carlisle has been an elite coach dating back to his Pacer days.
Where Spo does deserve the blame.....is how bi-polar this team has played from the beginning of the Indiana series till this point. No consistency whatsoever.....these dudes still on that shyt where they think they can flip "the on switch" and just steamroll the other team....
This is the Spurs.....they arent any other NBA team....they cant do that. Just seems that a lot of times he doesnt have their attention.
Guaranteed, if Pat Riley come down from his office to coach, this series would be a lot different right now.
That's disrespecting Pacers and Spurs really
Heat never had a 1 or a 5. Pacers have a 5 in Hibbert and Spurs have a 1
in Parker. Just happens Pop IS smarter than Vogel who lost that series in
Game 1 unlike Pop who won this series with Game 1 if it happens
The falling behind is what I just don't get. They pulled to within 1 after been down by 17 and then let Spurs go on a 19-2 run. Spo should have called a time out far sooner. He was like a Deer in headlights.I wouldnt say Im being disrespectful, but you see how good they can be when they so called "flip" the switch. The question is why does there need to be a switch in the first place....
The Pacers and Spurs are two elite teams no doubt, but a team coming off a championship that supposedly improved....needs to be able to impose its will on the other club regardless of how good they are.
Even during that 27 win streak, they were constantly falling behind by double digits and turning "the switch"
Ring count of Rick Carlisle, please.....
