Why would Tank duck? Loma is there for the taking. Loma just lost to the younger Lopez who is 23 and Tank is 26 and Loma getting older. Tank also got a longer reach than Loma.

Tank got that :deadmanny: pop. For all of Loma's wizardry he still gets caught vs good fighters. Nor does Tank have many miles on him, nor been defeated like previously Loma opponents have had.

It was a 50/50 fight to me before, but now I got Tank to hurt him bad tbh. If he comes in shape like he did vs Santa Cruz, he will beat Loma. I'm still amazed at how Teofimo outboxed him, but the bigger point was how his power shots to the body made Loma gun-shy and tentative. Tank isn't as good of a boxer as Teo, but has the kind of power that could take Loma out.

I'm not sure if Tank is ready for this fight either. Lopez beat him no doubt about it but we would be foolish to think Loma is done as a top tier fighter.

@CHICAGO can you move this to The Ring.

Na let’s keep it here

and for the record, I’m just responding @admin ..... please don’t send me a working for “thread derailment”:whoa:

Matter fact....:whoa:

Loma maybe slowing down and Davis team probably got a strategy to counter everything

Davis can take this fight and either way it won’t hurt him

Yo ,but at the same time in his last fight against Santa Cruz I realized Tank still got alot to learn about boxing ,but Loma gpt his shyt perfected .If anything his losses be because his strategy was lacking not his skill. He dominated Lopez in the ending rounds and had he turned it on sooner he probably wins.

Didn’t really outbox him, more like he fought back and by that time it was too late for Loma...

In that fight, Loma started late... he’s a notoriously late starter anyway from what I remember, and had like a year betweefights, but Lopez came out trying to fight immediately.

I kept saying if Loma doesn’t turn up he will lose the fight. By the time he did Lopez had momentum and REFUSED to let Loma try to “steal” the win..

Lopez had the power to keep Loma honest too

Now with Tank... idk. I will say Tank wins on the speed and power part and if he has longer arms Loma is easier to reach. But if Loma comes out fighting then idk...

There’s a reason why Lopez not in a rush to give Loma a rematch... but he doesn’t have to. A lot of good fights at that weightclass and money to be made. Loma needs a good fight under his belt and Lopez needs to defend his title.

Ryan Garcia fights today... wanna see what he’s about

when Loma kicked on the gas he looked good but it was too damn late. The crazy thing is its not like Loma was undefeated, he shoulda went for it waaaaaay earlier.
