Just about every wrestler you have heard of has won a title on an indy or territory at some point.

Better question would be who has never won a belt/tournament (like MITB, Royal Rumble, etc.) in WWE, WCW, AEW, TNA/Impact, All/New Japan

Not sure this exists. Even Barry Horowitz won titles outside of WWE.
