Thinking about driving down to Louisiana/TX next year to visit some family. I’ve personally never drove more than 4-5 hours solo, would it be wise to bring a second driver :jbhmm:

Drove from NYC to ATL, about 15 hrs. Never again, not built for that life by the time I got to ATL I started running lights, turning without signals, I was sleep driving at that point. I used to always drive back and forth from VA to NYC every other weekend so about 6 hrs I got used to.
You should be good driving for the 4-5. Nice little drive .

So the other person can whine about being hungry and having to go to the bathroom :camby:

Get your rest before hand.
Load up on podcasts/ Music
Your gas tank can only go 4-5hrs, so get a sandwich and use the restroom when you stop for gas.
If semi trucks are passing you on the interstate, you're doing it wrong.
You'll be surprised how far and fast you can go if you don't fuk around along the way.

Vancouver to L.A alone

cruise control, sunroof out, 12 whoofer in the trunk, comfy beamer seats reclined, popping hydrocodones along the way enjoying the landscape. That shyt was bliss. :noah:

Including traffic I've done 9+ in an old job where I had to drive to a different city do a survey and drive back home.

I always had a second driver with me but very rarely used them always best to if one is available though
