I get what he's saying in terms of helping kids and what not, but he didn't have to play for the Cavs again in order to help kids in Akron. I feel like his day 1 people or his "posse" set something up nice for him, because James doesn't really come across as that thick skinned to come back and play for Gilbert just because he wants to help some kids from Ohio. He could play on the moon and still help the kids.

Its obvious he wants to build a empire there and own the Cavs in the forseable future

Was that agreement set in place upon his return? Because he could've done all of that without playing for Gilbert again. Granted by the time he retires, he'll be able be majority owner. Maybe he gets a discount because he returned, but he should get a further discount for bringing them a title.
