California just passed a law that if landlords raise the rent 10% or more, and that force a tenant to move, the landlord will have to pay moving fees and associated costs. Thats handling it at the state level.

That shyt means fukk all when the minimum wage is $15 an hour yet a one bedroom is $1700+

They need to level out the rent prices to what people are making. 70% of these folks cant even afford an apartment anymore.
