I think the cop over reacted....but I don't think this dude was as innocent as ppl were claiming at first either.

I've had someone break into my truck and steal all my belongings. It's a horrible feeling to have things you have worked hard for taken away from you. The theif, a white crack head, was eventually caught and if the police gunned him down in the process of apprehending him, I know I wouldn't have shed a tear.
