Whoevers culture is the most popular one society follows actually runs that society as they have the influence.

Black people been running America since day one without even realizing it.

But cacs and jews know this very well, hence their apparent hatred for Black culture whilst trying to control and monetize it. Culture is power.

Cacs and kikes only care about your “culture” because it makes them money. Your “culture” is power for them.
