There's a difference between consistently lifting and having extra motivation certain days. Even the best have extra motivation at times...sometimes they have a lack of motivation as well but consistently working out will get you results.

A lot of dudes really don't care and just lift to lift. Unless you don't get p*ssy or something, most don't care. You can always show off at the beach anyway.
