If you have a PC you could just sideload the APKs without paying a penny, but it's up to you.
Also, you can download Kodi on your PC for free. Tutorials are dead easy to follow too.
If I were you I wouldn't waste your money or time.
What's wrong with just bootlegging torrents or finding live streams online yourself through Google.
You don't need one, but if you insist get whichever one is in your budget. I personally wouldn't buy one.
I do not have a spare computer or laptop to use.
Secondly, i already have several APKs (these are ad-free, premium, modded stuff) all tested out. Once installed, they are so easy to use. Secondly, i think having APK stuff that is for VOD high quality streams are amazing.
I have a few other people i need to cater too and they are not tech savvy
I am not too worried about the flow but if i can save like 40 dollars, then why not.
I am not a huge fan of KODI because the addons are always going down. I know where to get the latest or what is trending and what is consider underground but i hate installing addons after addons. a lot of the live streams in Kodi are stolen from APK or websites. The APKs stuff I have are amazing and are never down. It just much easier ..
yes, i am aware of paid IPTV stuff but a lot of these companies also offer a non kodi solution for the android.. kodi is a trap i feel like.. it's still a good program but i hate it too much...
having an android system + kodi + proper APK live iptv and VOD is the way to go.. also, i can install Netflix or whatever other legal streaming app.. kodi devs know the game and they make too much money off this..
