I don't think it's Fallen. I keep trying to search for these opening credit scenes.
I caught it on t.v.
It seemed like it was a film from the 80s or 80s or 90s. A cop/action movie. With a young either Denzel, Morgan Freeman or Lawrence Fishburne.
The intro had a blue hue, a woman's sillouette, smoke, titles, motel, jagged footage then suddenly a crack pipe.
It was done in a crazy way. Kinda showing the crack epidemic in Hollywood film.

Intro has this bumping:
with cuts of a crack house and someone hitting the pipe at the end. Sounds like the aesthetic and even if it isn't this is a dope movie.

I'll describe it more.
It was like a jaggedly edited scene. Slow motion. Smoke in the air. A woman's hour glass shaped sillouette moving sexy.
Then at the end - her smoking a crack pipe.
Then it cuts to either Denzel, Freeman or Fishburne walking on a street kicking jokes like he's a cop.
But he looks Young! As if it's 1980 to 1997 at the most.
I know it sounds weird and obsessive that I'm asking.
But for some reason the scene hit. I'm not a drug addict but work around them.
It was done very well.
