CLS but if you cant spring for the V8 550 model then get an older model. I drive a 2013 and the extra horsepower and 50lb of torque will be missed because of the weight. It combines style, nice interior and pretty good performace

Superlite GTR improved Ford GT
Backdraft Racing puts out beautiful Shelby Cobra replicas
Nice Shelby Daytona coupes from Factory 5
Love the Mustang GT450s
Porsche Cayman are my favorites, better than 911s to me.

The new BMW M2 is a beast at under 60k new

Yep but after taxes you're looking at 67k fully loaded. Can also grab a 16 M3 or M4 for that price. Depreciation will be a lot better on the M2 of course.

I just bought one and don't want anyone else to buy one

Aight, I'm looking at:
  • BMW 440
  • Benz E400
  • Audi S5
  • Edit: gonna look at the f-type and cayman as well
Not coupes, but gonna give a half look to
  • Ghibli (love the look, but heard terrible things about the car otherwise)
  • AF Guilia (car is getting high reviews, but I'm not fukking with no 4cyl engines and their damn v6 is gonna hit for $70k+ :damn:, basically twice the cost of the base model)
  • Stang GT Premium (nostalgia and love for stangs is driving this, very slim chance this will be the pick, i'm wanting to move to an actual luxury car)
So with that...
  • any other model/makes you think i should look at (don't like the Q60 plus it's a little too small)
  • thoughts on leasing a 17/18 vs buying used (14/15/16?) - i always hear how often these cars end up in the shop at the 2-4 yr mark which is leading me to think lease, but i may end up with a cheaper note on a used
  • what things should i consider in the long run about these cars?
  • if you've driven a few, thoughts on which is the best ride, most responsive, has the highest quality interior, most INCLUDED tech (BMW seems to nickle and dime people with upgrades)
Swap the E400 and consider the C43 Coupe with Performance Exhaust (I have the Sedan.) I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Definitely the new S5 (wasn't out when I was shopping) and a Cayman S (the 6 cylinder though, not the new 4 banger).. love that car.

Rest of list looks good but I like the 3 above.

The Flat 4 Cayman is just as enjoyable of a car if not more so. Test drove both of them back to back.

That older interior is kinda ass. 2015+ or bust. The next gen CLS is gonna be fukking lit since all Benzs now have that same dual screen like the S-Class. I was never a fan of the CLS having the same interior as the E-Class.

Older interior is ass now but personally I like the shape of the og cls over the more current versions. I know they look similar but something about the first gen cls design I still like over the current style. I wish it had the newer interior with the 06 style body. I know that's a personal thing though.

The 1st generation(pre 2012) interior is ass, but other than the touchscreen the 2012-2014 interior is the same as 2015 and both definitely better than newer cars in its class (Audi and BMW)

I personally didn't like this interior and until the new S/E class(2017) interior rolled out was liking BMW plain interior over MB interior. I know that's personal though.
