Question. When you built up that amount of time with a company, I’m sure you’re given a lot of perks(extra PTO time, built in severance for years of service, stock options), isn’t that shyt hard to give up when considering going to a new company and having to start fresh?

Not in this case. It was a non-profit so a lot of that wasn’t in place. New employer has unlimited PTO and stock options

It was a better long term okay for the back side of my career.

All of that would have been valid concerns in a different situation however.

The way the world is now you got to leave your feelings at home breh, Im basically a mix of and at work you might get one or the other or a mix of both. And when in doubt I keep to myself say hi, good morning and bye. Im done with half my day and the way today looking im out of here by 1030 barring a defcon 4 emergency.

I like this Job been here 9yrs and I get along well with management cause i work hard and CYA all day. But if i get a better offer lined up was .I Chuck the deuces
