These stats always annoy me because
Generic Example: If every city had 1-2 crimes a year, the one with 3 crimes would all a sudden be "the most dangerous city in america"

It's not enough to know a data point if you then misinterpret that data
- Crime has been going down nation wide for years now
- There is always going to be some place with more crime than another.
