If he was that intelligent he wouldn't be able to be manipulated that easily.
Yes, in a perfect world or situations with certain factors; you'd be correct. but maybe he's feeling the need to be back in the spot light and feels this crusade of fighting for real hip-hop affords him this opportunityI don't know. but we've seen alot of rappers and hip hop icons get played infront a camera or on radio. son know better tho.

It's the only attention he gets.
And that's from a fringe group on the Internet.
Not real life outside his block.
To be honest.....I dont see it as him getting played out.
The foundation from when LJ was popping is long gone so for him to have a platform to speak out against what he feels is wrong in Hip Hop way after his prime is actually a good thing.
We've never seen LJ pop off like we have courtesy of Vlad so in a way this is a good thing. And lets be honest...If u are familiar with Brand Nubians then LJ pretty much is just confirming the persona that he always had on the mic.
That's all well and good, but he only now has a platform through Vlad.
Dude wasn't even the best emcee from BN.
When I say fringe group, I mean his newfound supporters due to Vlad TV.
and why not thru Vlad??
Yeah he's an exploiter but so was Jimmy Iovine. Vlad still reps Hip Hop so why not?? Jimmy Iovine has been pimping 2pacs music and promoting Black stereotypical lifetsyles for years and no one says a word, so let Vlad do him.
Vlad has allowed LJ to have a rebirth. Me personally I think LJ is wasting the platform by not having some music to follow , Kinda like how these Love and Hip Hop cats members drop the ball by not putting out music while they are on hot on TV.
You can't be that naive.
Do you think Vlad has something to gain by these Jamar interviews other then some views on the Internet? He might as well be interviewing Jay Electronica.
I'm not knocking Vlad's minute hustle but let's be real.
