First book bored me to death and could never get into the films, and I personally enjoy fantasy. LoTR was simply not that interesting to me. To each his own, however.

I just want to know was anyone actually able to follow the storyline all the way thru?? I mean thru all the movies.

I followed the first film but after that i saw trees who were talking and walking and such so i realized i was done

i read LOTR 3 times when I was 10-15 years old.. and I got the whole shyt.. what the fukk is wrong with you that you can't even follow the storyline of a MOVIE as an ADULT?

Maybe you should have watched the animated version first, you might have followed it better
