Los Angeles apartment recommendations

rn I’m looking at Circa, Arq, or a waterfront view in Santa Monica. I don’t know anyone in LA. I work remote. I can afford up to 4.5k but would rather keep it low as possible. Only thing I really want is the ocean view, but I’m willing to go without it. Discuss.
