Yo,

I'm being offer a position within my company to Chatsworth, CA. Does anyone know where is a good place to live around this area? Also, where are the good spots around to kick it and meet some good looking women who may need the mandingo in their lives in the future. :shaq: Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Chatsworth is :trash:

The only thing that happens there is porn. Seriously a dead end town full of white trash.

So what are good neighborhoods around Chatsworth that are more diverse. If I do take this position, I don't want to be stuck in traffic for hours to get to and back from work?

Northridge is alright. shyt I'd rather live in Canoga Park than Trashworth. Check out Porter Ranch, even though it is full of cacs.

This. Northridge is more active (but not to be confused with a big city) than Chatsworth- Northridge is home to CSUN so there's a lot of young people running around. Canoga is allllriiiiight but I grew up in the area and the gang culture there is strong (CPA). I would say Northridge is a cool place to live.

If you're going to be living the Valley life, you're going to be fukking with Ventura Blvd a lot (Bars, restaurants) and NoHo Arts District (but don't take those side streets. I used to live in NoHo - stay on the big streets).

If you really want to fukk around and live in a nice area, go Woodland Hills or West Hills but that's a bit of a drive down Topanga Canyon.

PM me if you want to know specifics

If you stay in Chatsworth ofcourse you're not going to run into traffic, but anywhere else in the valley, always give yourself AT LEAST 20 minutes. The valley is spread out.

Canoga has gotten cleaned up in a big way. Still tons of Hispanics and lower-income cats but the anti-gang initiatives helped the area tremendously. I can walk around at 1AM and be cool, plus families can be in Lanark Park past 6PM. Ten years ago such a thing wasn't popular.

I agree with West Hills though. Whatever you do OP don't fukking move to Chatsworth.

Yeah last time I was there I saw they finally finished the Orange line on Canoga. It looks really nice now. If OP decides to move to Canoga, try not to move near Sherman Way - thats where you might run into a problem on the wrong day/night.

Off topic, Urban Woods, you ever fukk with The Big Burrito truck at Lanark? PIFF if you're into burritos and tacos.

When it comes to cities like Los Angeles, Miami etc I would prefer to live around the coastline. Outside the beaches, LA looks pretty boring.

I've walked passed that shyt on my way to Blockbuster and Vons but I never tried it :to: I need to try that shyt soon.

I actually live between Saticoy and Sherman Way and there are tons of fukking vatos and shady looking fools. I've never been fukked with thankfully but I always carry a blade on my fat ass when I walk at night.

it's not boring, it's just too congested, dirty and crime infested
