i been wanting to do this but i go in at 6am. when i used to start my shift at 12pm i used to be in the gym from 10am til 11:30am and would feel good as fukk all day.
Either suck it up and go in the morning or go straight there after work. Getting home at 7 isn't late, use your weekends as two of your gym days and you can have 2-3 off during the week.
