I be eating bad and not staying consistent at the gym.

I work 830 to 415 then I just wanna go home :damn:

When I go to gym....I don't get home until 7 :damn:

Workout before work. Even if you're not a morning person.

You'll feel more accomplished and have more energy for the day.

i been wanting to do this but i go in at 6am. when i used to start my shift at 12pm i used to be in the gym from 10am til 11:30am and would feel good as fukk all day.

If you can't hit the gym just go for a run or take a 30 minute nap after work then do it

Either suck it up and go in the morning or go straight there after work. Getting home at 7 isn't late, use your weekends as two of your gym days and you can have 2-3 off during the week.

sleep and rest are just as important to being healthy as going to the gym and eating properly...
