Louisiana brehs, ya'll eat gumbo with potato salad?

Just saw somebody say this and some were saying it's good. I'm wondering how ya'll go about it. Do you mix the potato salad in? Pour the gumbo over it? Imma try this one day eventually and if I like it Imma try again with fufu

We just had a debate about this involving N.O., Louisiana and Texas people. N.O. was on some Fuc no. Texas dude was like it's good and explained how they made it.

I say he from Texas because he claim he's from Houston. People always ask where he from because he sounds like outside of Houston.

Nah I don't eat the mustard one either. Dude from Texas said that's the only kind that'll go with Gumbo.

I had it before but in Port City we eat it with rice and maybe French bread if we fancy..but mostly Cornbread. Ir just with rice
