If Goku was as cold blooded as Vegeta, Vegeta would have caught the meanest of L's in their fight. That fakkit needed babidi's help to even stand half a chance against Goku. Only took 1 Kai to bring out Gohans full potential and he came out stronger than trunks & Vegeta (who might I add killed himself thinkin he was stronger than he actually was)

Only weak link in Gokus corner is goten unfortunately. He grew up without a dad for 7 years he ain't have no choice but to be a bytch. Gohan was out there gettin them IT certs & smashin high school earth pawgs, so they only got to train in his downtime

Mystic Gohan was a plot device. I can't really defend it too much either that was just bad on the writers part. If Goku had got to Gohan in time with the Potara's they would have been unfukkwittable
