My original post in the thread was "plenty of black men do enroll into college but tend to drop out and never graduate
Stats show that there are more black men attending college than going to jail BUT those same black men tend to drop out as well"
I stated this because black people love to throw that statistic around that there are more black men in jail than in college when in fact its the exact opposite.
Black men get grants, financial aid, and scholarships just like the next person, they enroll into college but most of the time they give up and drop out
While black women on the other hand actually graduate, I'm a senior now. Most of the black females that I entered freshmen year with are seniors as well....all (but a few) of the black guys I started freshmen year with all dropped out
I don't know if some black men lack motivation, or maybe college isnt for them? IDK but I do know that black men are given just as many opportunities as black women education wise...

Women of all races are in college more than their male counterparts. Let's not forget that a lot of men go to vocational school or learn trades or are content with blue collar jobs. That's across the board.
A lot of things come into play like education not culturally being valued, smart black men not being favored over the hood black guys yadda yadda but we all know this already. Fact is it's the truth.

False. Stick to what you know (following strange men around on the internet) and stay away from the maths. 2.3 million people (Regardless of race and gender) in America are in prison. There are 20 million black men in America. It's simple math. Even in the most extreme cases that wouldn't make any sense.
Yeah. If you spent more time in school and not obsessing over men on the internet you would know that.
