In the professional world they say never burn bridges.

I took a job 3 months ago with a former colleague at a small mom and pop company. This company is poised to grow tremendously.

But, Honestly these 3 months have been a disaster. Not because the company is bad, but there is absolutely no leadership from the ownership. My boss and I are fixers...that's what we did at a previous fortune 500 company. We fixed problem operations. We won some and lost some, but made crazy money because we know our shyt. He left because he got tired of the private equity firm that owned us and I left because they fired our boss and I'm sure I was next on the chopping block.

Enter this new company...its poised to double in size in the next 3 years. However, the ownership are complete dumbasses...its only growing so fast now that I have been apart of it to see because they have the inside track and almost complete exclusivity with their vendors. The ownership makes however the most ridiculous decisions, doesn't own up to their own shortcomings, belittles and berates their employees, underpays everyone except me and my boss, refuses to make decisions...

They're giving my boss the bag to work there however...quarter mil in salary, pay for all his benefits, $300 a month for his car, 5% equity in the company, 25% bonus... bought him a fukking Rolex as a Christmas gift for fukks sake...

If I stick it out, I could be on the same track...I just don't know if I have it in me to stay.

So I'm wondering if I should stick it out due to loyalty to my boss, former colleague, my friend...and stick it out for an opportunity to learn other aspects of business I am clueless about...and potentially get the same bag my boss has in the near future...or bailout now with all these other opportunities knocking at my door. What I do is in demand and not many people have the experience or pedigree to do it.
