A forum is VERY easy to create(or "own" as they put it), but getting users to come to the site and retain them is the hard part. Knowing who the owner is, that's another story.
I youtubed a video where they interviewed @Brooklynzson about creating this site, so unless that was a front, this sites legit.
There are other ways to see who owns sites if they use certain hosts, but I guess they just came out info blazing with that one.
