Who was the last OC turned head coach for the same team that actually had success? I'm not counting Jason Garrett either. Mike Martz (Rams) and Bill Callahan (Raiders) are the only ones I can think of. THIS NEVER WORKS. And with Bill Callahan they were still running Gruden's offense right?

The best OCs usually get poached by other teams: Shanny, McVay, Ben Johnson, etc.

Schotty looks like the right hire in Dallas.

Bills need to understand that once they gave Allen the money, upgrading to what you had around him pre contract has been a struggle. Brady doesn't solve that
