Luka did his usual “look at my lean body” routine in October, ran his numbers up through November, and now is back to his usual not defending, not running back and not impacting games.

He is WASHED. He can’t get by anybody anymore which is why he’s shooting 12 3s a game at 32%. He’s the oldest 26 year old in the league.

The only way the Lakers turn it around is by finding a true 2-way star to go next to him, à la a J-Dub or Jaylen Brown type

The only way you win with dude is to get him athletes , more athletes and more athletes so he can just do his thing.

Even Jokic can hold his own on defense but Luka is just hopelessly pathetic on that end. So you really need to be committed to building a very specific team around him or else it’s pointless.

Luka is more of Iverson/ Harden type of player. As you mentioned you have to build around him with guys that have specific skills sets(athletes, hustle, defense, don't miss shooters).

It's funny but also expected that LWO opened their arms and loves him no matter what but hate Bron with a passion.
