Couple thoughts.
- M.O.P. kinda did it to themselves. Warriorz was so dope and FF4L gets a lot of "it's underrated" talk as well, so I think Firing Squad kinda gets left out of the talk sometimes. M.O.P. without a doubt has one of the GOAT 3 album runs of all time, and Firing Squad does seem to be the least talked about for some reason. I could be wrong but yeah...I've always thought it was because Warriorz is just so dope that everyone usually talks about that album the most.
- One of the last groups of Preem beats before he developed his style that he's pretty much run with from '98 or so to now. So much heat on there. New Jack City, Salute, Firing Squad, Stick To Ya Gunz, Downtown Swings '96, Brownsville......none of them sound quite like the style Premier started running with shortly after.
