I dont see the purpose, ill stay in an apartment till im 100.

To people who own or rent houses...Whats the big deal, sure its nice to have even more of your own space but that sh1t, along with the maintenance looks like nothing but a money vacuum b.

Apartment Management cutting the grass and bushes>>>>Mexicans who u gotta pay 100 a more or so to.....even if you buy ur own lawnmower sh1t stillcost

Anything that go wrong with a house u got to hire outside help to fix, when my toilet fukked up, apartment sent their own plumber

Other than having b1tches ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuand awwwwwwwwweeeeeee at nice drapes and chandeleiers , i dont see why anybody would get a house.

This is why black people have little to no generational wealth. Perpetually poor. :ld:

There's no point in throwing away all of your money year after year if you have a stable career.

How :ld: are you gonna feel when you're +60, retired, and still paying rent out of your retirement money, not knowing how long you're going to live while that amount keeps getting lower and lower? :snoop:

Wise up.

as opposed too......

As opposed to OWNING YOUR OWN PROPERTY. You pay that mortgage off and that house is yours.

You don't have to hear people's arguements through paper thin walls, you can have your own garage and you don't have to hear loud traffic, and you can rent out your basement and make more money so you can pay off your house faster, or get extra money for yourself.

as opposed too......

paying equity into a home that you own. can rent, sell, etc.

renting is great for the short term. might even be the smarter move considering the housing bubble. but if you rent an apartment for more like 6-7 yrs, you have picked the wrong path.

paying a mortgage on something you own > paying rent on something you'll never own.

it works fine...

good luck, bruh :yeshrug:

there really is no definitive answer since you can't predict the economy. i'd just rather pay on something i own, rather than give the money to someone else.

Bought my pad a few years ago, shyt is the chillest feeling ever. Paying money, essentially, to yourself is :cook: so why the hell would you pay rent to line the next man's pockets and have to live by a gang of rules, with the risk of being told to bounce at any given moment?

You lazy, ignorant bum-type, I tell you!!! :damn:

If you aren't finacially able to move into a house that's fine. Stay in the apartment and build up some savings and then move into a house. It's better in the long run for you pay to own your own property than to rent forever.
