It means he is so deeply rooted into not only the underground hip-hop culture, but also the rave culture . . that people don't even mention his name out here because it would be like laying out the obvious of who they are stealing half of their style from.

You can see it in the way the people here smile for pictures (Thizz Face) . . you can see it in the way the artists 'TURN ON' whenever the camera is on them.

You'd be hard-pressed to find an event that spins his music out here . . not because they don't know it - not because it wouldn't make the place go crazy (actually that might be a reason, insurance policies probably have an anti-Mac Dre clause to prevent damages) . . but because they don't want to promote the man who they stole their whole way of being from.

The only artist to compete with this is Kreayshawn amongst the underage white girl demographic (a rare and dying breed out here, we'll be breeding them out within a couple generations tops)

im from here and hes right. we were banned from perferoming from our own summer jam because it used to get so fukking crazy, 40, dre, short were all banned because people would lose it.

i have dropped thizzle dance and feelin myself live and to this day in the bay area, people fukking lose it, im dead serious.

and hes right about the thizz face and all that other shyt, before all this molly shyt, he popularized the use of extacy etc.

he really was a HIGHLY influential rapper throughout the state, and he got a huge amount of love. no rapper had love like him, not even 40. EVERYONE loved dre.

see my post, there is some truth that clubs used to have clauses about damage and potential rioting at his shows, if a friend of mine wasnt asleep id call him and get exact details because before dre died he used to book him and certain clubs didint want him there for that very reason. it was that wild.
