In My oppinion you would need double the ram. 8Gb of memory won't fly if you load up heavy vsts. Not enough processing power. try to at least get something with 16 GB of memory/ram you would be playing with fire otherwise. 8gb is suitable for office work documents etc., but when you are talking about heavy usage when it deals with music software it will be sluggish.

Yea I think I’m going cancel it and stop being cheap . I kno down the line this shyt going run slow as fukk

Something with similar specs to these and you will be good. If you pick a different cpu just make sure it's 16 gb ram or more. the Storage space doesn't matter as much as the ram speed, but for the price you usually have a 1 tb drive inputed at least. For more space you can just get external drives if you want external memory, which is cool just incase the cpu crashes.

I know the feeling bro, it's not about you being cheap, you're just trying to be economical. That's what forces creatives to charge their worth, so expenses like this don't always have be out of pocket. The beautiful thing is you don't have to invest in a cpu like that everyday, but it will make you price conscious, when you see what the market is charging for certain things, it makes it difficult to just give beats to everyone constantly for years on end, forget just beats, but graphic design and everything else that comes along with being a creative.

No get a macbook pro with 16gb ram minimum with a M1 pro/max chip.
IE dont be buying a macbook pro for anything other than a gift to your baby momma.

if you want a cheap computer for production buy a pc max the specs out as high as you can it will be cheaper than mac, period.

the chip is smaller...
the hard drive is usually smaller as well.
The air is for an aesthetic for a model who think a macbook pro is heavy cause she eats semen and coke for her diet.
you want a workhorse? get a macbook pro fully speced out so you can work and not look like you are working.
