I thought A50s are 7.1?? My box says 7.1Very interested. My wireless A50 5.1s are really nice, but 7.1, might take these to the next level.
My sound card is only 5.1, so I dunno. Maybe you're right. Either way I love my A50s

(beg him) Who's lying I'm just going off what the advertisements state about these headphones, also if your passing the audio strictly through the hdmi wire wouldn't that guarantee 7.1 sound through the headset?!?!

I dont use headsets....
I prefer the cell phone earbud earpieces, And believe me I'm not a casual gamer... I believe this is the first headset to utilize the hdmi for audio output. I know there are other 7.1 headsets...
