What I've never understood about Skillz is he never really capitalized in being from Virginia.
He had an album produced by Timbaland, but it was put on the back burner once Bubba Sparxxx was signed. Even after Skillz parted with Tim, they still maintained a working relationship. It would have been dope if Skillz had Timbaland, The Neptunes Bink, and Nottz as the lineup for an album with features from Missy Eliott, The Clipse, and Pharrell.
