yup. she went the R&B route with that album and pulled in some heavy hitters to make it pop off, including 2Pac . But once he caught them chargers in 94 she took him off the record

she also had devante on board to help write and produce on that album because at the time they were goin' out at the time but that didn't go as planned

Damn, I first heard this song in early 1995 when I was just 5. And even as jit I remember how beautiful, and melancholy this song made me feel. The chords, the vocals, just the perfect sad breakup song. Sheesh. Even as a kindergartner I was like :to:

Probably her best song. My fave song of hers for sure. Nostalgia, memories, and reflection of past rebuffed loves, rolled into one. Sheesh. Am I even a man?
