yup if it's one thing the Sicilian region is known for is it's corn wars and moonshine since alcohol was prohibited. all jokes aside what you're describing sounds more like RDR than this. checkout Mario Puzo's The Sicilian (1984) for the kind of stuff that was going on, the book not the movie.
