It's not even that. They don't even want Fascism (outside of perhaps Steven Miller) because that requires too much ACTUALL effective work. It take alot of man power and VERY smart people to make authoritarian governments succeed.
What they've essentially done, is make people afraid of the Fascism, while they install a complete plutocracy. One that even cuts out some of the White Supremacists.
