Don't see what's wrong with what he said. The spotlight is on Dwight and he's the man now. If the diva can't even lead his team to the playoffs then why would you want to even have him as the face of the franchise. The fact that there fighting for the last seed in the league is pathetic enough though. .

If I was him I don't think I'd return, if he does it would probably be that he feels obligated to do so

Exactly, the thread title is misleading. He said that if Dwight leads them to the playoffs and has a good series in the 1st round then they should re-sign him i.e. give him a max deal
