Aside from "Holy Grail", "Tom Ford", "Heaven" and "Picasso Baby", Timbaland's production on MCHG was very minimalist. There's several beats on the album that aren't typical Timbaland beats.
As for the bounce, only "Tom Ford" had that. The beat is hard, but Jay Z was very lazy on it. Song has potential to be huge, but it could've been "Dirt Off Your Shoulder 2013". Jay Z and Tim didn't really aim for the clubs or the block for this album. The Jay/Tim combo went more for an introspective, somber vibe in comparison to their previous work.
