The mall here keeps adding restaurants. It must be working because every time a new restaurant opens on the south side the traffic is out to the fukking streets

that's typical. it's unfortunate for the loss of jobs. But something else will take its' places.
I went to the mall where I'm at and it was like the most depressing shyt. There were like 3 food courts, spas, one gamestop, a huge gym, and plenty of empty spots. I felt like I wasted carfare, time, and resources to even wanted to take such a trip

If Simon was smart they'd flip them joints into half malls half housing. Least that's what I'd do. Got all that space thats empty but a few major stores thats eating. Move all the major stores to one side put housing in the other. Keep the food court and keep it moving.
Would probably take a loss on retrofitting tho
