His offensive arsenal is becoming on par with JR at this point
At this point, Shump should be exclusively as a defensive specialists (Bruce Bowen, Raja Bell). He is of limited value anywhere else for the team

I'd get rid of Shump. JR with a strict system is a damn good player. He was great post-ASB last year
