before I start putting more money into this project I want to see if it will generate income with little to no promotion, I want to learn the game and this will be my " test dummy"

Im new to this, I went on bluehost and they had a bunch on fees mounting up to 300$ a year

It's a monthly subscription breh. Try Hostgator for one of those baby packages they range from $4/month

I want keep it on the low for now but it's local and I only have 1 competitor and he doesn't have a website or a big following on social media
Well - you should go for it. Even if you fail - you'll get the experience needed to win the second time around. I copped a free domain and godaddy hosting for $12/first year last month. I'm in a niche with some profitable keywords that are wide open for the taking. There was no need to wait after I did my research.

Sometimes, you can think yourself out of taking action. Just go for it if you think you have a money maker. There's so much info out here for free and it's hella cheap to get going, you shouldn't procrastinate.

SMH and i believe it too. This is why i hesitated and decided against buying gigs on that fiverr website. I already get paid as little as it is and even if its cheap i hate paying for traffic and nothing happens.

I'm getting so annoyed man its like none of this make money online shyt works.

Fiverr traffic is $5 because it's probably bots or click farms. And if it is real traffic it's probably Indian and Chinese traffic which is the worst converting. And if it isn't Indian and Chinese traffic than you're more than likely paying for pop unders or pop ups. Which load your site and get blocked by a blocker or closed by the user. And if this seller is really grimey they are probably opening your site in a 1px by 1px iframe.
